Deposit lifecycle

  • Pending: a request is waiting for operator review.
  • Review ready: supporting information is available for reconciliation.
  • Completed: the account and ledger transition are recorded.
  • Rejected or cancelled: the request closes without a balance credit.

Withdrawal lifecycle

  • Pending: funds can be held while the request is reviewed.
  • Completed: the withdrawal was approved and deducted from the ledger.
  • Rejected or cancelled: the hold is released when applicable.

Common reasons for delay

Instruction assignment, missing references or crypto memos, bank or network timing, identity review, source-of-funds questions, reserved balances, open obligations, product restrictions, or inconsistent details can delay processing.
