• Subject to corrections, gaps, or outages

Displayed timestamps and cache indicators, where shown, are guides only. Do not assume every quote is executable or continuously current.

3. No advice and no guarantee

Market Data is provided for platform use and information. It is not investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Ohana Capital does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Orders may execute at prices different from those displayed because of latency, liquidity, spreads, slippage, or provider rules.

4. Permitted use

Unless a separate market-data agreement says otherwise, you may use Market Data only for:

• Personal or internal evaluation of instruments on the platform
• Operating your own account workflows

You may not, without written authorization:

• Redistribute Market Data to third parties
• Use Market Data to create a competing information product
• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract Market Data outside authorized APIs
• Misrepresent delayed data as exchange-official real-time data

5. Intellectual property

Exchanges and data vendors retain intellectual-property and contractual rights in their data. Your use is subject to those rights and to the Terms of Service.

6. Interruptions

Market Data may be suspended for maintenance, vendor failure, entitlement changes, or legal reasons. Continuity arrangements are summarized in the Business Continuity Plan Summary.
